These prices are only available between the following destinations on non-stop flights

  • Travel between Baltimore, Boston, Chicago O’Hare, Detroit, Montreal, New York, Newark, Philadelphia, Toronto and Washington Dulles
  • Travel between Atlanta, Kingston Manley, Memphis, Miami, Orlando and Tampa.
  • Travel between Dallas  Ft. Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, Phoenix and San Diego
  • Travel between Denver, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver

If your non-stop flight falls into the above category then

  1. Check availability for your flights using the ANA award availability tool for flights on United and the American Airlines website for flights on American Airlines.
  2. Purchase 3,900 or 7,800 Jet Privilege points for INR5,500 or INR11,000 for Economy and Business Class travel (assuming your account balance is 0).
  3. Fill the partner award chart form and email it across to the Jet Privilege team at jpredemptions@jetairways.com.
  4. Follow their instructions to issue the flight.

Limitations

Jet Airways charges a fuel surcharge for these flights however it is impossible to know in advance how much will be charged for your flights. General price quotes suggest ~US$50 for round trip travel.

Bookings have to be made 14 days in advance.

Since the award request is done via email, flight availability may change from when you searched for it, and when Jet Airways searches for it. You will need to be flexible on your dates if you use this promotion.

Award ticket for travel on any other airline except for Jet Airways is non-refundable and non-changeable.

Nice to Know

You can redeem for one way at a 50% discount.

Activating Your Account

You will need two transactions to activate your account. Since Jet Airways has partners across the world, it is quite easy to overcome this obstacle before enjoying deeply discounted flights. Below I have shown how you can easily get them.

You are not required to have two separate transactions, you can have a two transactions from the same source such as converting 2,500 Starwood Points to 2,500 Jet Privilege miles twice.

Recap

This is an excellent way of traveling Business Class at Economy Class prices. It is made even better since some of these flights can get really expensive.
